Pre-Certification Clerk

Full-time. Hours are either 8:00am – 5:00pm or a combination of 7:30am – 4:30pm/8:00am – 5:00pm. Responsibilities include obtaining pre-certification for all surgeries, therapy services, diagnostic testing, etc. Prior pre-cert experience or insurance background preferred.

Facility Manager - Nappanee Office

Full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all administrative functions (i.e., patient registration, scheduling, cashier/charge entry and switchboard) and personnel at our Nappanee office. Other duties will include assisting with managing all other non-administrative staff, participating in the hiring process, training/orienting new personnel, completing performance evaluations and backing up the medical receptionist as needed. Minimum 1-3 years supervisory experience required, preferably in a healthcare clinical setting. Associates degree in business administration or related degree preferred.


Full-time. Duties include circulating. Prior experience and a current Indiana license are required. Scrub experience preferred.

Medical Assistant

Full-time - working with a physician. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm/8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Candidates must be patient service oriented with a pleasant personality. Travel to other offices and prior clinical medical assisting experience is required. to other offices and prior clinical medical assisting experience is required. 

ASC Quality Assurance Coordinator

Part-time, 20 hours per week. Collaborates closely and reports to the ASC Director. Job responsibilities will include quality assurance, risk management, OSHA, infection control, emergency preparedness and life safety. The QA Coordinator will write policy and procedures for these programs and monitor ongoing regulatory changes. Candidates must have a current Indiana Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in an ambulatory setting. This individual must demonstrate the ability to work with a minimum of supervision and organize work in order of importance.

Surgery Scheduling RN

Full-time. 5 days a week. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm/8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Duties include scheduling surgeries and appointments at area medical facilities. Current Indiana RN license and travel to other offices required. Prior orthopedic experience preferred.
