Nurse Practitioner

Nurse practitioner Celeste Warlick joined OSMC in 2022.

Celeste earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 2003. She then provided direct care to patients as a registered nurse in Alaska and Virginia, and later moved into roles as a clinical instructor, RN educator and care manager.

In 2012, Celeste completed her Master of Science in nursing at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She then worked in Michigan as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) offering care in in medical practices and work environments. Her most recent position was in Elkhart, Indiana working at a busy Saint Joseph Physicians Network clinic as a family nurse practitioner.

Celeste is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Board. She works with OSMC’s pain management team.
