Knee Center

Every part of your body is connected, so when you are having pain or swelling in your knee, the joints above and below are also affected. Even the slightest bit of swelling or inflammation in your knee can make walking and performing your normal routine very challenging.

Our dedicated physicians have experience treating knee injuries from a variety of causes. From sports injuries to wear-and-tear on the ligaments in the knee, our team provides treatment for common issues with surgical and non-surgical approaches.

If you are having any of the following conditions, call a qualified OSMC physician:

  • Swelling around the knee cap
  • Pain or stiffness when walking
  • Difficulty when bending your knee
  • Arthritis
  • Knee ligament injuries
  • Kneecap disorders
  • Meniscus (cartilage) injury

At some point surgery may be the recommended treatment to improve your quality of life. If surgery is required, it will be performed at OSMC’s state-of-the-art Outpatient Surgery Center or at the Regional Center for Joint Replacement located at Elkhart General Hospital.
