At OSMC, our goal is to get you back in action – whether that means sports, work, or just everyday life. We are experts in orthopedic services, orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, concussion management, pain management, podiatry, and other musculoskeletal conditions. We have been serving the orthopedic and rehabilitation needs of patients in northern Indiana and southwest Michigan since 1973.
Same-day appointments are available at all 6 of our locations.
We are especially proud to offer our patients telehealth visits. Even if you can’t make it into our office, you can still see your doctor with a convenient virtual visit. All you need is an internet connection and camera-enable device such as your smartphone or a laptop computer.
If you’re in need of urgent care, no appointment is necessary at our OrthoCARE walk-in clinics at the Elkhart Health and Aquatics location (Monday-Friday, 1 pm – 5 pm) OR at the OSMC location in Granger - Mishawaka (Monday-Friday, 8 am - 12 pm AND 1 pm - 5 pm.)

Durable medical equipment is available on-site for purchase when needed. This alleviates your need to travel elsewhere for crutches, braces, splints, or other assistive devices you may require.
MRIs are available at our Elkhart and Goshen locations.
