Job duties include performing and participating in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, sterilization and storage of surgical instrumentation and equipment. Two years of prior experience is preferred.
Greets callers in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. Screens callers, responds to routine requests for information, service, and/or directs callers to appropriate staff. Sends communication requests to the clinical staff by completing appropriate intake templates, scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments. Contacts patients with referrals, authorized injections, etc.
The responsibilities include managing instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Must understand the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Must have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and remain constantly vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.
This position is working in our Therapy Department greeting patients/visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. Checks in patients, completes necessary registration paperwork, verifies and accurately enters demographic information into computer. Adds insurance information, scans insurance cards, and attaches correct insurance to the encounter for accurate billing.

PTA provides dynamic, one-on-one musculoskeletal therapy under the supervision of experienced physical therapists in a busy outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice. In addition, must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapy assistant in Indiana. Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but new graduates with special interest in outpatient ortho will be considered. Travel to other offices is required.
The responsibilities of a Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") is to oversee the financial operations and financial planning of OSMC including revenue cycle management, budgeting, financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, internal controls, and maintenance of relations with the financial community.

This position is working part time Monday, Thursday, and Friday 8 hour shifts working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until last patient out. Job duties include assisting all physicians and clinical staff with patient care, procedural, clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks. Maintains clinic function and efficiency by assisting manager and peers with daily needs of the clinic. Travel to other offices is required. Bilingual a plus!
